What a beautiful fall sunset! The sweet Locke family had perfect weather at Henderson Beach State Park in late October. Fun fact, the sun does not actually set over the water in the summer, but it does in the winter. Getting any sunset at all over the water on the East Coast is a unique blessing that I never thought about until I lived in Jacksonville for a few years. Summer sunsets are still incredible though, and you don't always want the sun right behind you anyway. Henderson has become our go to beach session location because it offers both a pristine beach view and a one of a kind trail through the natural dunes. If you book a beach session with us, most likely we'll plan on Henderson Beach State Park.
